This app is good but has great potential!

I like the combination-lock-style solution to notating the tab and i think it would be much more intuitive if the "locks" placement matched the tab notation strings. In other words, rotate it counterclockwise 90 degrees.

Another great addition would be a selection tool that allows for copy/paste functionality so that sections can easily be repeated.

Also, something like a "bar tool" that allows for separation of measures. Maybe upon selecting the tool, the user can just tap their finger where they want the measure divider to appear.

A "beat marker tool" (same idea as the bar tool) to give some semblance of rhythmic structure, or better yet, stems and possibly rest notes!

Oh I see amazing possibilities that could make my iPad my new tab building device! Onward ho!
